గౌరవనీయులైన మాస్టర్ గారు బోధస్తున్నప్పుడు నేను యే ఇతర నోట్స్ వ్రాయలేదు. నా వద్ద తన డైరీలు కోర్స్ పేర్లు మొదలైనవి కలిగి ఉన్నాయి. మాస్టర్ గారు చదవవద్దని ఆదేశించారు. అందువలన మాస్టర్ గారి సాహిత్యాన్ని ఎవరూ చూడటానికి నేను అనుమతించలేదు. ఆ సాహిత్యం నా చేతికి ఎందుకు వచ్చిందో నాకు తెలియదు, దానిని జాగ్రత్తగా భద్రపరిచాను.
"నేను మద్రాసులో ఉన్నప్పుడు, మాస్టర్ గారి సూచనల ప్రకారం నేను తరచుగా కుంభకోణం వెళ్ళేవాడను. మాస్టర్ గారు మరియు శ్రీ యస్. నారాయణ అయ్యర్ గారి నుండి యోగా విషయాలు వినేవాడను. ఈ యోగాలో నేను ఎప్పుడూ ప్రాముఖ్యత కాని ఆసక్తి కాని అప్పటి రోజులలో చూపలేదు. ఇప్పుడు నేను ఆ రోజులలో చూపిన అశ్రద్ధకు పశ్చాత్తాపపడుతున్నాను, ఇదంతా కేవలం నా అజ్ఞానం వళ్ళ జరిగిన తప్పిదం. మాస్టర్ గారు నన్ను తన దగ్గర కూర్చోమని ముఖ్యమైన విషయాలను పుస్తకంలో నోట్స్ రాసుకోమని చాలాసార్లు అడిగారు. ఆ సమయంలో మాస్టర్ గారి మాటలను పెడచెవిన పెట్టడం జరిగినది. యోగము యొక్క ప్రాముఖ్యత గురించి క్రమంగా మరియు తగిన సమయంలో వెలువడునని మాస్టర్ గారు తెలియజేసారు.
ఎవరికి ఎంత దక్క వలసి ఉంటుందో అంత మాత్రమే వారికీ దక్కుతుంది. నేను చాల ముఖ్యమైన విషయాలు తెలుసుకొని ఉండవలసింది కానీ నా అశ్రద్ధ వలన తెలుసుకొనలేదు, ఇప్పుడు పశ్చాత్తాపపడి ప్రయోజనం ఏమిటి?

శ్రీ మైనంపాటి నరసింహం పంతులు గారి శిష్యులలో ఒకరైన శ్రీ P.S.R. శర్మ గారికి, మాస్టర్ గారి కోర్సులకు సంబంధించిన పుస్తకాలు నా వద్ద అందుబాటులో ఉంటాయని, తన గురువు (మైనంపాటి నర్సింహం గారు) తనకు (పి.ఎస్.ఆర్. శర్మ గారు) తెలియజేశారని నాకు చెప్పడం జరిగినది. పిడుగురాళ్లలో పుస్తకాలను భద్రపరిచి అన్ని కోర్సులను అభ్యసించాలని తమ గురువు గారైన మైనంపాటి నర్సింహం గారు తెలియ చేసారని నాకు చెప్పడం జరిగినది కావున నా వద్ద వున్న మాస్టర్ గారి సాహిత్యానంతటిని P.S.R. శర్మ గారికి అప్పగించడం జరిగినది. ప్రస్తుతం నా దగ్గర ఏ వస్తువు లేదు. మాస్టర్ గారి సాహిత్యం అంత ఆంగ్లంలో ఉండుట వలన నాకు ఏమి అర్థముకాలేదు మరియు వాటిపై నాకు నమ్మకము లేనందువలన P.S.R శర్మ గారికి మాస్టర్ గారి సాహిత్యానంతటిని ఇచ్చివేయడం జరిగినది. నా భర్త ఫిలాసఫీ ప్రొఫెసర్ పోతురాజు నరసింహం పంతులు గారు జీవించి ఉన్నప్పుడు అభ్యసించిన కోర్సు పుస్తకాలు మొదలైన వాటిని కూడా ఇచ్చివేయడం జరిగినది. పిడుగురాళ్ల వద్ద పుస్తకాలను భద్రపరిచి అన్ని కోర్సులను అభ్యసిస్తామని తెలిపినారు.
మాస్టర్ గారు వ్రాసిన నోట్స్ మరియు డైరీలను ఆయన భార్య మరియు ఆయన మొదటి కోడలు వాటి విలువ తెలియక చిన్న దుకాణదారులకు విక్రయించారు. ఈ విషయం తెలుసుకున్న నా భర్త రూ.50/- చెల్లించి విక్రయదారుల నుంచి తెచ్చి భద్రపరిచారు. మాస్టర్ గారు తిరిగొ వచ్చినప్పుడు అవి ఉపయోగపడతాయన్న ఆశతో వాటిని ఉంచారు. ఆయన వాటిని ఎవరికీ ఇవ్వలేదు. ఆయన వాటిని కాపీ చేయడానికి మాత్రమే అనుమతించేవారు.
పిడుగురాళ్ళ లో అన్ని కోర్సులను పుస్తకాల సాయంతో అభ్యసిస్తున్నారు. నన్ను కూడా అక్కడికి తీసుకెళ్లారు. కోర్సులు ప్రాక్టీస్ చేసినా చేయకపోయినా, అసలకి కోర్సులు అవసరమే లేదు. "రామ" అనే పదాన్ని ఉచ్ఛరించడం మాత్రమునే చాలా మంది వ్యక్తులు పరమానందాన్ని పొందారు(దీని అర్థం మాస్టర్ గారి పేరు తలుచున్నంత మాత్రాన చాలు కోర్సులు మొదలగునవి అవసరము లేదు అని గమనించవలెను). గొప్ప వ్యక్తులు తపఃసంపన్నులైనప్పటికీ కష్టాలు ఎదురుకొనక తప్పలేదు. శ్రీ కృష్ణుడు అంతటి వారు కూడా తప్పించుకొనలేక పోయారు. గత జన్మలలో చేసిన పాపాల వల్ల మనం బాధపడకపోతే, దేవుడు మనకు బహిర్గతం అవ్వడు. మాస్టర్ సి.వి.వి. గారు అభ్యసించిన భృక్త రహిత తారక రాజయోగాన్ని మనకు అందించారు, తద్వారా మనం గత జన్మలలో చేసిన పాపాలను తక్కువ వ్యవధిలో వదిలించుకోవచ్చు. యోగ సాధన చేసేవారు ధన్యులు.

మాస్టర్ గారి డైరీలను ప్రింట్‌లో చూడడం నాకు చాలా సంతోషంగా ఉంది. ఇప్పటివరకు మాస్టర్ గారి నోట్స్ మాత్రమే శ్రీ శ్రీనివాసాచారి గారిచే ముద్రించబడినది. ఇక ఇప్పుడు మాస్టర్ డైరీల యొక్క మొత్తం 24 సంపుటాలు ఒకే పుస్తకంలో ముద్రించబడ్డాయి. ఇది ఆచార్యులు గారి గొప్ప కార్యాచరణ. ఆఫ్‌సెట్ ప్రింటింగ్‌లో ఈ 24 సంపుటాలను అసలు ముద్రణలో ముద్రించాలనేది నా ఆశయం. అవి తిరుపతికి చెందిన ప్రభాకర మిత్ర మండలి ద్వారా ఇలా ముద్రించబడాలని మాస్టర్ సంకల్పం కావచ్చు.
ఈ పుస్తకంలో మాస్టర్ C.V.V. గారి స్వహస్తాలతో వ్రాసిన రహస్య డైరీల యందున్న సారాంశాలు ఉన్నాయి. మాస్టర్ గారు వారి లక్ష్యాన్ని నెరవేర్చడానికి పదేళ్లపాటు పగలు రాత్రి ఎంత కష్టపడ్డారో అన్న విషయాలు వారి సాహిత్యం ద్వారా మనకి అర్థమగును.మాస్టర్ గారి ప్రయత్నంలో, చిత్తశుద్ధి ఉన్న ఒక్క మీడియం సహకరించినను చాలు పనిని పూర్తి చేయగలనన్న అభిప్రాయాన్ని వ్యక్తం చేసినట్లు సమాచారం. అంటే మాస్టర్ గారు సాధకుల సంఖ్యను లెక్కచేయక సాధకుల నాణ్యతను ముఖ్యంగ భావించారు. 1912 నుండి 1922 వరకు ఆయన రోజువారీ అభ్యాసం మరియు కార్యక్రమం మరియు ఎవరు సహకరించారు అని, తేదీలు, గంటలు మరియు నిమిషాలను సూచిస్తూ ఈ డైరీలలో నమోదు చేయబడింది. శ్రీ పోతరాజు నర్సింహం గారికి అందుబాటులో లేని డైరీ లేదా ఆ కాలానికి సంబంధించిన సంపుటాలు రాయకపోవడం వల్ల అక్కడక్కడా ఖాళీలు ఉన్నాయి.
ఈ డైరీలు మాస్టర్ గారి ఇతర యోగా సాహిత్యంతో పాటు 1922 నుండి 1968 ఆయన మరణించినంతవరకు శ్రీ పోతరాజు నరసింహం పంతులు గారి వద్ద ఉన్నాయి. చాలా కథలు ప్రచారములో ఉన్నప్పటికీ శ్రీ పోతరాజు నర్సింహం గారు మాస్టర్ గారి సాహిత్యాన్ని ఎలా చేజిక్కంచుకున్నారో తెలియరాలేదు. మాస్టర్ గారి ఆశీర్వాదం వలన నేను శ్రీ పోతరాజు నర్సింహం గారి చివరి రోజులలో వారికీ చాల సన్నిహితంగా ఉండడం జరిగినది. ఇదేవిధంగా శ్రీ పోతరాజు నర్సింహం గారు మాస్టర్ గారి చివరి రోజులలో వారికీ చాల సన్నిహితంగా ఉండడం జరిగినది.
పోతరాజు నర్సింహం గారి శ్రీమతి సత్యవతమ్మ గారు ఎంతో ఉదారతతో ఈ నిధిని భావితరాలకు అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకురావడానికి అంగీకరించారు.
పదిహేనేళ్ల పాటు మాస్టర్ గారి రికార్డుల సంరక్షకునిగా ఉండే అవకాశాన్ని మాస్టర్ గారు నాకు ప్రసాదించారు. శ్రీ A.V. శ్రీనివాసాచార్యులు గారు మాస్టర్ గారి డైరీలు మరియు ఇతర సాహిత్యాలను ముద్రించడానికి అనుమతించమని రెండేళ్లపాటు నాకు నచ్చచెప్పారు. చివరగా పరిస్థితులు నన్ను యోగా సాహిత్యం ప్రచురణకు అంగీకరించేలా చేశాయి, ఎందుకంటే మాస్టర్ వీక్షణ ప్రకారం సమయం అయ్యింది. ఆచార్యులు గారు 1983లో ఈ యోగా సాహిత్యాన్ని ముద్రించడం ప్రారంభించారు. మాస్టార్ స్వహస్తాలచే వ్రాయబడి, అరవై ఏళ్ళుగా మరుగున పడి ఉన్న ఈ యోగా సాహిత్యం, ప్రభాకర మిత్ర మండలి కి చెందిన శ్రీ A.V. శ్రీనివాసాచారి గారి కృషితో ఆసక్తిగల యోగా మిత్రుల చేతుల్లోకి వచ్చింది.
ఇప్పుడు 1912 నుండి 1922 వరకు ఉన్న మాస్టర్ డైరీల యొక్క ఈ భారీ సంపుటం అత్యున్నతమైన మాస్టర్‌కి చెందినది కనుక అత్యున్నతమైన పద్ధతిలో వెలువడించబడినది. శ్రీ శ్రీనివాసాచారి గారి విజయవంతమైన కార్యాచరణకు నేను అభినందిస్తున్నాను మరియు ఆయనను ప్రోత్సహించవలసిందిగా మా యోగా మిత్రులకు విజ్ఞప్తి చేస్తున్నాను. మాస్టర్ గారు శ్రీనివాసాచారి గారికి ఆయురారోగ్యాలు, ధైర్యాన్ని ప్రసాదించాలని ప్రార్థిస్తున్నాను.

Interesting Facts regarding Master's Literature
Controversial Statement of Sri Potharaju Narsimham Garu
I have not written any other notes when C.V.V. teaches. I am having His Diaries and Course Names etc. Master ordered not to read. Therefore I won't allow anyone to see it. Why the literature came to my hands I don't know, I have carefully preserved It.
"When I was in Madras, as per the instructions of Master I used to go to Kumbakonam oftenly. I used to hear the Yoga subjects from Sri Master C.V.V. and Sri S. Narayana Iyer. I never gave importance or interest in the Yoga at that time. Now I am repenting for the indifference at that time, it is on account of lack of knowledge. Sri Master asked me several times to sit near Him and hear and note down the important notes. I deaf-heard Master wordings at that time. Master informed gradually knows the wordings of the importance of Yoga and will reveal in due course. To whom which how much he procured that much only he received. We must know so many important things, for that I neglected at that time now what is the use of repenting now?"
Above statements is an extract of postal communication between Sri Prabhakara Sastry Garu and Sri Potharaju Narsimham Garu.
Facts revealed by Smt. Potharaju Satyavathamma Garu (Wife of Sri Potharaju Narsimham Garu)
Sri P.S.R. Sarma, one the disciple of Sri Mynampati Narasimham Panthulu garu, told me(Smt. Potharaju Satyavathamma Garu) that his guru(Mynampati Narsimham Garu) informed him(P.S.R Sarma Garu) that books relating to the courses they had done would be available to them. He asked them to preserve the books at Piduguralla and practice all the courses. Hence I have handed over to Chi. P.S.R. Sarma all the Notes written by our Master C.V.V. I do not have any thing. They are in English and not understandable. Since I have no faith in them, I have given away the Notes. I have also given away; the course books etc., which my husband Philosophy Prof. Pothuraju Narasimham Panthulu garu had practiced when he was alive.
The Notes and diaries written by Master were sold away by his wife and his first daughter-in-law to small shopkeepers since they did not know the value of them. My husband, knowing this, brought them from the vendors by paying Rs.50/- and preserved them. He kept them with the hope that they would be useful when the Master returned. He did not give them to anyone. He allowed them to be copied down.
In Piduguralla all the courses are practiced with the help of the books. I was also taken to that place. Whether courses are practiced or not; there is no necessity.(Statement from Smt. Satyavathamma Garu) By mere uttering word "Rama” many persons have attained Bliss. We are reading stories how are great people have performed Tapasya and faced difficulties. Even Sri Krishna did not escape the curse. Unless we suffer from sins done in the past lives, God will not reveal to us. Master C.V.V. has practiced and given us Bhrikta Rahitha Tharaka Raja Yoga so that we can get rid off the sins committed in the past lives within a short period. Blessed are those who practice the Yoga.

ONE WORD ABOUT MASTER'S DIARIES by P.S.R Sarma Garu
I am extremely happy to see Master's Diaries in print. So far Master's Notes only was printed by Sri Srinivasachari. And now all the 24 volumes of Master's Diaries are printed in one book. This is a great venture of Acharyulu garu. My ambition was to print these 24 volumes in original in offset printing. It may be Master's will, that they should be printed like this by Prabhakara Mitra Mandali of Tirupati.
This book contains excerpts from confidential Diaries of Master C.V.V. in his own hand. They show how hard he(Master C.V.V.) strived day and night for ten years for fulfilment of his aim. It is said that he expressed the view that he can complete the work even with a single medium who can be sincere in his effort. That means he stressed on quality but not quantity. His daily practice and programme from 1912 to 1922 and who co-operated was recorded in these diaries, pin pointing to the dates, hours and minutes. There were some gaps here and there, may be due to either not writing the dairy or volumes pertaining to that period not available to Sri Potharaju Narsimham Garu.
These diaries along with other Yoga literature were with Sri Potharaju Narasimham Panthulu garu from 1922 to 1968 till his demise. How he got them into his custody is not known, though there were so many versions. It was the Master's blessings that I (Sri P.S.R Sarma Garu) was very near and dear to him(Sri Potharaju Narsimham Garu) in his last days, just like he was near and dear to Master. Mrs. P.N. Smt. Satyavathamma garu was so magnanimous that she accepted to part with this treasure, to make it available to posterity.
Master had bestowed on me the choice of being the custodian of his records for fifteen years. Sri A.V. Srinivasacharyulu garu persuaded me for two years to allow him to print Master's Diaries and other literature. Finally circumstances led to make me accept publication of Yoga literature, since time has come as per Master's view. Acharyalu Garu started printing this Yoga literature in 1983. This Yoga literature, which was in Master's own hand written, hidden for sixty years, was brought into the hands of interested Yoga friends, with the herculean effort of Sri A.V. Srinivasachari of Prabhakara Mitra Mandali.
NOW this heavy volume of Master's diaries from 1912 to 1922 has come out in a Supreme Style since it is of Supreme Master. I congratulate Sri Srinivasachari for his successful venture and appeal to our Yoga friends to encourage him. I pray Master to bestow health, strength and vigour on Achari Garu to continue his efforts.
