Inner Observation

This web page is prepared to give clarity over inner observation, which is an important part of the Master's Yoga Line.

Below mentioned inner observation process is provided by Sri. A.V. Srinivasacharyulu Garu. (Please refer page 10 of below document)

How to do Inner Observation?

We have to observe the divine power which touches our head, from there it circulate around head turn goes to eyes, later right shoulder from there downwards, later upwards, further from left shoulder towards down and upwards direction next it enters heart, lungs and reaches Kundalini through alimentary canal. The Kundalini is situated in between urinary track and anus as a minute particle (atom). This will be done through nerves. Very very minute movements

will be there. This we have to observe. This power will shake Kundalini to that extent of withstanding capacity of practitioner. From there that power will work as if using a synergy. Mahatma to Master explains how to observe this with inner and it is available in Diary Page No.354, 355, 414.

To observe while practicing:

1) Top head up to brows. 2) From eyes round the head up to chin. 3) Neck and shoulders. 4) Heart front. 5) Stomach. 6) Intestines. 7) Kidneys and column. 8) Penis and seed.

1) Cerebrum* Top; 2) Below intellect portion*; 3) Heart*; 4) Navel*;

5) Abdomen*; 6) Seed*.

* means observe the above placed and the working will be known then and there in the physical system, for that purpose * is used.

Comment over Inner Observation:

INNER OBSERVATION

This is generally understood as observing the happening in the physical body during practice time. However, it is not so. No human body, except that of Master C.V.V, is capable of undergoing the changes experimented by Master Himself. And there is no such need now. The experiment was successfully completed by Master in His physical structure.

Master recorded in His Diary on different dates, the various working spots in His physical during different practices. Some of those examples were cited by Sri A.V.Srinivasacharyulu from diary dates 6.8.1918, 28.5.1919, 30.10.1920, 17.11.1920 and 17.12.1920. These examples are not relevant for today’s practitioner. These were for Master C.V.V. Himself only.

When Master C.V.V was in physical, one important experiment done on a small group of Mediums was to to test the flow of Life Wave (Prana) to Kundalini. Only three mediums could reach that. None of the present day practitioners will have that happening in their physical as the pre-development needed for that doesn’t exist in them.

The working in today’s practitioner is the basic work of evaporation of accumulated foreign matter (i.e., past and preset karma) in the practitioner’s Astral Body. MTA mentioned that this karma will be thrown out and such throwing can be observed as vibrations in the physical. Only these vibrations can be observed. For this evaporation to happen, below information from MTA appears to be relevant.

28.11.1910

“I also propose that they should not use stimulant things.”

14.12.1910 - about Kuppusami Iyer, Medium No.15 that

“His stimulancy has not yet subsided, and the vigour not shown for currential movements in the system. So the touch being in physical and in the astral.”

Only the resulting vibrations from the working in the Astral can be observed. If there are no such vibrations it only means that practitioner needs to reduce stimulence and improve though culture.

As suggested by Sri A.V.Srinivasacharyulu, 15 min before the start of the prayer, the practitioner shall sit quietly without having any disturbing thoughts. Shall have strong determination that this yoga line shall progress, all humanity shall progress and Master shall descend and establish eternity on earth.

After saying the prayer format, the practitioner shall observe the vibrations felt in the physical.

Conclusion:

Which ever process is convenient and effective for practitioners they may follow that process.

Sri A.V. Srinivasacharyulu is a legend in recent times he has overall development, his knowledge is not just confined to Master’s Diaries and Notes he practically knows what is kundalini, he practically knows how this energy flows from top to bottom.

Perception of Energy Flow differs from person to person, few persons who are already experiencing kundalini movements in their body their perception almost matching with Sri. A.V. Srinivasacharyulu mentioned process.

Persons who couldn’t be able to sense kundalini movements in their bodies their perception of this divine energy flow is almost nil or meagre, however few vibrations like frequent yawnings and burps are common phenomena.

In both cases action is same but only perception differs.

I request all practitioners to go through this document thoroughly to understand exactly what is inner observation.

Before practicing Master's Yoga, it is very important to read the text provided below.
-------------------

There are two types of meditation. Simple meditation and occult meditation.

Simple meditation can be used to calm the mind and gain temporary benefits.

Occult meditation is however, the science and art of spiritual awakening meant to lead one towards soul union. Occult meditation is not simple mindfulness.

Note: Inner Observation in Master's Yoga is a profound occult meditation practice, focused on Kundalini, an essential component of the human soul.

“…..for meditation is dangerous and unprofitable to the man who enters upon it without the basis of a good character and of clean living. Meditation then becomes only a medium for the bringing in of energies which but serve to stimulate the undesirable aspects of his life, just as the fertilizing of a garden full of weeds will produce a stupendous crop of them, and so crush out the weak and tiny flowers. - Holy Master D.K.(Djwal Khul) with Mrs. Alice Bailey.

(Explanation: Meditation can have an unintended effect. It can bring in energies that stimulate the negative aspects of a person's life. This is similar to spraying fertilizers to a garden that is full of weeds. Fertilizing a garden that is full of weeds will have two effects. First, it will cause the weeds to grow rapidly and abundantly. This will result in a large crop of weeds. As the weeds grow, they will overpower and harm the small and delicate flowers. The weeds will take over, leaving no room for the tiny flowers to grow. In the same way, meditation can strengthen the negative aspects of a person's life. It can overpower the weaker, here weaker is more positive aspects of their being.)

“Meditation is dangerous where there is wrong motive, such as desire for personal growth and for spiritual powers, for it produces, under these conditions only a strengthening of the shadows in the vale of illusion and brings to full growth the serpent of pride, lurking in the valley of selfish desire. Meditation is dangerous when the desire to serve is lacking.” – Holy Master D.K.(Djwal Khul) with Mrs. Alice Bailey.
[Djwal Khul is a disciple of the Dhyan Chohan K.H. (Koot Hoomi]

(Explanation: Meditation can be dangerous if done with the wrong motive. A wrong motive is desiring personal growth or spiritual powers for oneself. When meditation is done with this motive, First, it strengthens the negative thoughts and feelings (shadows) in one's mind. These negative thoughts and feelings exist in a state of illusion, where one's perception or understanding is distorted. Second, it allows pride to grow and reach its full potential. Pride is like a serpent, hidden and waiting to strike. It resides in the valley of selfish desire, where one's focus is on their own selfish wants. Meditation is dangerous when the desire to serve others is lacking.)

For simple meditation, the statements by Mrs. Alice Bailey may not be significant, but for occult meditation, the points mentioned strictly apply.

Aspirants who meditate in order to use the energy generated during meditation for some self gratifying goals can never grow on the occult path.
